How we work

Dental treatment abroad needs careful planning. This page explains what happens from your first message to aftercare at home, who looks after you at each step, and what is arranged for you.

The clinic building in central Kuşadası

Step by step

Your journey

  1. Ayhan İnal, UK representative, going through an X-ray

    01Before you travel

    Free online consultation

Send photos of your smile or a recent X-ray through the form or on WhatsApp. A dentist reviews them and talks you through the options that may suit you, by message or video call.

    • No obligation to book
    • Questions about risks and recovery answered before you decide
    • Available in English, with other languages on request
  2. İlknur Uğraş, general coordinator, at her desk

    02Before you travel

    Your written treatment plan

You receive an itemised plan: the treatment proposed, materials and implant systems, the number of visits and how long each stay is likely to be. Your coordinator helps you choose dates.

    • Every item listed, so you know what is included
    • Timings depend entirely on your treatment
    • Time to discuss the plan with family or your own dentist
  3. Private transfer vehicle outside the clinic

    03Arrival

    Met at the airport

A driver meets you at arrivals at İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB) and takes you to your hotel in Kuşadası, about 45 minutes away. Transfers between the hotel and the clinic are arranged for every appointment.

    • Private transfers between the airport, hotel and clinic
    • Your coordinator shares the schedule on WhatsApp
    • Hotel accommodation when included in your package
  4. Panoramic and 3D X-ray unit at the clinic

    04At the clinic

    Assessment and 3D imaging

Your first appointment confirms the plan. A panoramic X-ray and 3D tomography show your teeth, bone and roots. Your dentist explains the findings, the alternatives, the risks and the recovery before any treatment starts.

    • Treatment goes ahead only if it is suitable for you
    • The plan can change if the scans show something new
    • You sign consent for each stage
  5. Dentist during treatment at the clinic

    05At the clinic

    Treatment in agreed stages

Treatment is carried out by our dentists under local anaesthetic, or general anaesthesia where your plan requires it, in the stages agreed with you. Crowns, veneers and prostheses are made in our own dental laboratory, so adjustments can be made during your stay.

    • Straumann and Neodent implant systems
    • Temporary teeth while permanent restorations are made, where needed
    • Rest days between appointments where your plan needs them
  6. Dentist treating a patient at the clinic

    06Back home

    Aftercare and follow-up

Before you leave, you receive written aftercare instructions and copies of your records. Your coordinator stays in touch, and you can send photos or arrange a video call with the clinic at any time.

    • Records can be shared with your own dentist
    • Check-ups by message or video call
    • Second visit scheduled if your treatment has two stages

Questions

Common questions

Do I have to book after the online consultation?

No. The consultation and written plan are free and carry no obligation.

What happens if my treatment plan changes at the clinic?

Your dentist explains any change found on the X-ray or 3D scan, and the updated plan is agreed with you before treatment continues.

Who do I contact if I have a problem at home?

Your coordinator, on WhatsApp +44 7427 830909 or by email. The clinic can review photos or arrange a video call with your dentist.

Can I bring a companion?

Yes. Let your coordinator know so transfers and accommodation can be arranged for both of you.

How many trips will I need?

It depends entirely on your treatment. Some treatments need one visit; implants usually need two. Your written plan sets this out.
