All-on-4 & All-on-6 Implants in Turkey
All-on-4 and All-on-6 replace a full arch of missing teeth with a fixed bridge held by four or six implants. They are an option when most or all teeth are missing, or when a removable denture is no longer comfortable.

The basics
What is All-on-4 and All-on-6?
Missing teeth affect more than chewing. They can change your speech and the shape of your face, because the jawbone starts to shrink where teeth are lost. Implants stimulate the bone and help preserve it.
In both techniques, four or six titanium implants are placed in the jawbone and act as roots for a fixed set of teeth. The procedure is the same; the difference is the number of implants.
Comparison
All-on-4 or All-on-6?
With All-on-4, two implants are placed at the front of the jaw and two further back, often at an angle to make the most of the available bone. All-on-6 adds two more implants, so chewing forces are spread across more support points.
Which one is right depends on your bone volume and your bite. Your dentist recommends one after reviewing your 3D scan.

Advantages
Why patients choose it
- Often avoids complex bone grafting, such as block grafts
- A fixed temporary bridge can usually be fitted after surgery
- Teeth are planned around your face and smile
- Fixed in place, so there is no removable denture
- Cleaned with daily brushing, like natural teeth
Suitability
Is it right for me?
It may be suitable if you have lost most or all of the teeth in one or both jaws, or wear a full denture. You need enough bone for the implants and good general health. Smoking increases the risk of complications.
Step by step
How it works
- 01
Planning
Your new teeth are designed to match your previous smile or the changes you choose.
- 02
Implant surgery
Under local or general anaesthesia, the implants are placed through small incisions in the gum.
- 03
Temporary teeth
A fixed temporary bridge is fitted after the implants are placed.
- 04
Permanent bridge
Once the bone and gums have healed, the permanent bridge is made in our laboratory and fitted.
The number of visits, the length of your stay and healing times depend entirely on your treatment. Your dentist sets them out in your written plan.
When you are home
Aftercare
Brush twice a day, clean under the bridge with the tools your dentist shows you, and limit acidic and sugary food. Keep regular check-ups with your own dentist when you are home.
Your coordinator stays in touch after you leave. You can send photos or arrange a video call with the clinic at any time, and we can share your records with your own dentist.
